Senior LVDS Compliance Expert

We are looking for an experienced LVDS expert to help strengthen product compliance in a low-volume production environment. In this role, you will take a leading part in shaping a more compliant product strategy aligned with the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) and relevant harmonized standards. You will work both strategically and hands-on to improve ways of working and support the organization with clear guidance and documentation.

• Lead the work towards improved compliance with the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) across current products
• Identify and interpret applicable harmonized standards and assess how they apply to the product portfolio
• Review existing products and propose improvements to close compliance gaps
• Establish and implement improved ways of working (WoW) for compliance activities
• Create and update documentation describing how to meet LVDS demands

• Deep expertise in the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) and relevant harmonized standards
• Proven ability to lead and drive compliance work, both process-wise and hands-on
• Experience reviewing existing products and improving compliance through practical actions and documentation
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)

• Experience with EMC and grounding strategy for cabinets and mechatronic products
• Knowledge related to personal safety
