We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with product experts to clarify needs and define scope
- Engage in dialogue with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Work closely with teams across business and IT
- Perform and support testing related to defined requirements
- Contribute to data analysis and data migration activities
- Work within a SAFe-organized Agile team
What You Bring
- Proven experience covering all aspects of requirements analysis:
- Analysis
- Stakeholder interaction
- Requirements specification
- Supplier dialogue
- Cross-team collaboration (within and outside IT)
- Experience with testing activities
- Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe is a strong advantage)
- Experience with data analysis, migration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Lumera
- Experience within life insurance domain
