Agile Coach – Driving adoption of the SAS Agile Delivery Model

As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate the adoption of the SAS Agile Delivery Model across Digital & IT and the wider SAS organization. You will guide product and platform teams, leaders, and key stakeholders in building an agile and product-centric mindset that drives alignment with business goals and maximizes value delivery.
Challenges you will work on:
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will support teams and leaders in applying agile principles, practices, and behaviors in their daily work. You will tackle the complex challenge of driving a consistent yet pragmatic adoption of the SAS Agile Delivery Model, ensuring teams can adapt effectively to their context without deviating from agreed governance.
As a trusted coach and advisor, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Owners, and leadership teams, helping to improve flow, strengthen collaboration, and embed continuous improvement. Your ability to influence and align stakeholders across business and Digital & IT will be crucial in creating buy-in for new ways of working and ensuring sustainable change at team, product, and portfolio level.
You will also contribute to scaling and continuously improving agile delivery methods, tools, and practices across SAS, ensuring learnings from teams feed back into the evolution of the SAS Delivery Model.

As part of our newly created Office of the CIO in Digital & IT, you will be part of a high-performing and diverse team composed of talented professionals from various backgrounds. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, scrum masters and other agile coaches, collaborating with the Head of Agile & AD Practices and transformation teams to align practices. Everyone in the team will contribute to the agile community of practice within SAS communicating effectively to drive agile practices across the organization.
To be successful, we believe you have:
* A strong foundation in agile mindset, principles, values, and ways of working.
* Proven experience coaching teams and leaders in agile and product-centric environments.
* Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across business and IT.
* Ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and engage teams with enthusiasm.
* A pragmatic, hands-on approach and willingness to act as a “playing coach”.
* Experience driving continuous improvement at team, product, and portfolio level.
* A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

* Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
* This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
