In this role, you will support a local operation in driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, efficiency and productivity throughout the value chain. You will help accelerate the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, cost savings and a safe working environment.

• Support the definition and implementation of improvement actions across the value chain.

• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity.

• Promote and support the deployment of the local Q&OpEx strategy to increase the pace of operational improvement.

• Help drive outcomes such as improved customer satisfaction, profitability and cost savings within the operation.

• Experience supporting improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency and productivity.

• Ability to work with and support the deployment of a Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy.

• Experience working with value chain improvements within a local operational environment.
