Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Implement future automated material handling flows and establish required physical and digital processes
• Conduct feasibility studies and investigations for automation initiatives aligned with long-term site strategy
• Design internal and external logistics processes based on lean principles
• Optimize logistics procedures to:
• Reduce waste
• Lower logistics costs
• Drive structured problem-solving
• Provide impact assessments to regional logistics project managers
• Deliver project gate input covering:
• Investments and operating costs
• Staffing impacts
• Layout changes
• Material flow adjustments
• Ensure alignment and harmonization with other plants in the network

What You Bring

• Proven experience in automation of logistics/material flows
• Background in industrial logistics or material supply/handling environments
• Strong project management experience (budgeting and structured project models)
• Excellent Excel and computer skills
• Experience with relevant IS/IT logistics systems
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive change
• Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
