HR Business Partner

We’re looking for a temporary HR Business Partner to support our new warehouse in Alingsås and help us build a strong foundation for success.   Your role in our team   You are part of our People & Communication department, a team with different roles within HR and communication, working together to strengthen the employer and corporate brand and to drive transformation regarding how we work at Lindex. As HR BP, you support and contribute to Lindex’s growth; you are an active partner to managers and team leaders at our Logistics department and warehouse located in Alingsås, to make sure Lindex’s purpose, vision and culture influence the organisation.  We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some more examples of what’s included: with your specialist expertise you develop and contribute to the employee experience journey, find and work with development areas, support and coach managers and implement our common people processes. You have an active role in driving the union collaboration and negotiations as well as supporting the work environment processes. As an adviser to managers, you are the expert when it comes to leadership, employee development, work environment, employment law and agreements.  This is a temporary position for approximately 1 year, starting as soon as possible. Also, this probably sounds like you:  University degree in HR or equivalent  Extensive previous work experience within HR Business Partnering, where you have worked across both operational and strategic work areas. Work experience in employment law, labour relations and union negotiations  Swedish and English, both spoken and written  Bonus: work experience within blue collar organisations.   We are Lindex     A growing global fashion company from Sweden.
