Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and chat channels
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and offerings within the energy sector
  • Manage lighter administrative tasks such as registering and maintaining lists
  • Support customers in complex and sensitive situations, including payment-related concerns
  • Stay continuously updated on customer offerings, systems, and processes
  • Work efficiently across multiple systems and digital tools to support customer cases
  • Contribute actively to the development and improvement of the customer service function
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in a dynamic and changing industry environment
  • Act in line with the customer’s core values of courage, responsibility, and commitment

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer-facing roles
  • Experience from the energy sector or other technical support environments involving complex customer dialogues
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with a pleasant, responsible, and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with multiple systems and good general system proficiency
  • Technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers
  • Interest and experience in sales, including inbound sales activities
  • Experience with customer databases or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of collaboration ability
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations such as financial difficulties with professionalism and empathy
