In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:• Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products at Swedbank.
• Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
• Drive and support the development of corporate and private account product offering.
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for new and enhanced account products.
• Analyze business needs, customer insights, market trends, and process gaps.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
• Ensure business requirements are well-understood, testable, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the bank, contributing to project planning and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product specialists, IT teams and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirements.
What is needed in this role:• Demonstrated experience from the financial sector, preferably from Cash Management or daily banking products.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and advantage to have experience from agile methodologies.
• Proven experience of as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in banking or financial services.
• Solid experience translating business needs into detailed requirements.
• Experience from implementation of regulatory requirements (ie PSD2) in financial sector would be considered a merit.
• The ability to take a client centric perspective to understand how business requirement will impact customer journey.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and self-initiative skills.
• Analytical skills, attention to details, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
• To be a great team player and have a structured way of working.
• Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
