About the AssignmentFollowing major transformation initiatives, conversion rate optimization has been deprioritized and digital sales performance has been impacted. In this assignment, you will assess existing digital sales funnels and user journeys, benchmark performance against best practices, and help establish a structured CRO approach together with the digital channels team.
The work covers online sales for subscriptions (including renewals/prolongations) across key digital channels such as paid media, website funnels, SEO, and customer-based messaging.
Job Description- Analyze current digital sales funnels and user journeys to identify critical drop-off points and conversion barriers.
- Perform an optimization review of online sales performance for subscription flows, including with and without hardware.
- Benchmark funnel performance and practices against relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Turn insights into clear hypotheses, test designs, and a prioritized optimization roadmap.
- Execute and support experimentation and personalization initiatives together with the digital team.
- Establish and embed structured CRO ways of working that can be handed over at the end of the engagement.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g., recordings, heatmaps, form analytics) to complement analytics findings.
- Make small front-end adjustments in testing tools and troubleshoot broken variations or selectors when needed.
- 6+ years of experience within CRO, personalization, digital growth, or closely related roles.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue through structured testing and personalization strategies.
- Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization.
- Very strong analytical capabilities, including segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral insights.
- Hands-on experience with personalization and experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target or similar).
- Experience working in cross-functional digital product and sales environments (product owners, developers, designers, analysts).
- Good understanding of CDP concepts, tagging, and data layer principles.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they affect behavior and conversion.
- Ability to read and understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to make small front-end changes in testing tools and troubleshoot variations/selectors without relying on developers.
- Understanding of DOM structure, dataLayer usage, and how personalization payloads are injected.
- Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
- Experience from subscription-based digital businesses.
- Experience from the telecom domain.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with MouseFlow.
- Experience with Contentful.
- Experience with Hightouch or similar activation/audience orchestration tooling.
