Assignment Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Deliver onsite IT support and user assistance across factory locations
- Perform system checks and preventive maintenance in line with support agreements
- Handle incidents, problems, and change requests within established ITSM processes
- Support and maintain application, end-user, and core infrastructure environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and resolve tickets efficiently using service management tools
- Configure, deploy, and reset end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
- Support operational improvements and optimization initiatives
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong experience in onsite support and end-user assistance
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar)
- Experience with Windows environments (Windows 7/10/11) and Microsoft 365 services (Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (user accounts, access management, security)
- Experience troubleshooting networks, printers, VPN connections, and general IT issues
- Ability to configure and manage hardware including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Experience with remote support tools, Citrix, and Intune
- Strong documentation and knowledge management skills
