Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support the internal Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Follow up on assigned responsibilities and ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of PI planning sessions in collaboration with the IT department.
• Create transparency across the project through clear communication and structured documentation.
• Support risk management activities, including identification, tracking, and development of mitigation plans.
• Contribute to smooth project execution in a dynamic, international, and fast-changing environment.

What you bring:

• Education in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering, combined with experience in project coordination within banking, finance, accounting, and IT.
• Strong skills in IT collaboration, risk management, business administration, finance, and project coordination.
• Experience with PI planning, project administration, and accounting processes is preferred.
• Open-minded, reliable, proactive, and motivated team player with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish
