How You’ll Make an Impact * Collaborate with sub project managers, mechanical, and electrical engineers to adapt turbines, auxiliaries, and control systems to meet customer requirements. * Lead project adaptation of control programs, design and program new technical solutions, manage hardware and software purchases, configure networks, and participate in customer meetings, documentation, simulation, and testing. * Support workshop testing and commissioning, ensuring seamless project execution from order start to customer handover. * Engage with a supportive work group within the control systems department, sharing knowledge and solutions. * Prepare the technical scope for specific maintenance projects, driving continuous improvement. What You Bring * A degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. * Proven experience with Siemens T3000 control system is preferred. Knowledge of similar control systems is considered an asset. * An open-minded approach and the ability to thrive in an international setting, confidently handling global customer interactions. * A passion for process improvement and a willingness to contribute to ongoing enhancements. * Strong English communication skills: proficiency in Swedish or other languages is a plus. * Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, or networks is considered an advantage.
