We are looking for a SharePoint Developer who enjoys building practical, user-friendly business solutions. You will work with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and collaboration tools to improve productivity and support our technology strategy. If you like solving problems, collaborating in teams, and helping users get the most from digital platforms, this role is for you.

Your mission

As a SharePoint Developer, you will work with the SharePoint Lead Developer, Architect, Support Lead, project managers, and operations team to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions. You will also support daily activities by investigating and resolving user requests, incidents, and change requests.

Your focus will be to build solutions that follow coding standards, fit within the overall SharePoint architecture, and meet business needs. Collaboration is key—you will work with different teams to make platforms easier to use, increase productivity, and encourage adoption. You will also follow Microsoft and company best practices for security, architecture, and compliance to ensure a stable and future-ready platform.

Key responsibilities Plan, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions according to business needs and coding standards. Document solutions and suggest ways to improve processes. Participate in meetings and collaborate with colleagues, business teams, and other IT functions. Ensure security, architecture, and design principles are followed. Translate technical requirements into practical and maintainable solutions. Support proactive platform management, security, and daily business support.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who can balance multiple tasks, work with attention to detail, and think analytically. You should enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and creating reusable solutions for the team.

You should also have: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint solutions. Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST/Graph APIs, and Azure Logic Apps. Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Azure Functions, or other Microsoft 365 services. Understanding of Classic vs. Modern SharePoint differences. Knowledge of information architecture, including site structure, content types, metadata, and navigation best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, or Azure DevOps for development and deployment workflows. Familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum, DevOps, and tools like Azure Boards.

This position can be in Örebro, Stockholm, or Prague.
