The Role: Underwriting Operations Technician

In this key position, you will support the Underwriting business from A to Z and serve as the central link for seamless processes.

• Key Responsibilities: Ranging from booking premiums and preparing essential documents (within agreed SLAs) to ensuring data quality and compliance with audit requirements.
  

• Important Contribution: You will support language-dependent tasks for our branch offices (e.g., Swedish-speaking markets) and manage inquiries from brokers and internal teams.
  

• Focus on Excellence: You will play an active role in process optimization (UAT, QA, Root-Cause Analysis) and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
  

What You Bring 

• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
  
• Background: Ideally, previous experience within the insurance sector or a support role.
  
• Language: Fluent English, Swedish and Finnish in both speech and writing.
  
• Attitude: Strong customer focus, ability to work in a team, and a desire for continuous development.
