Do you want to create the data foundation that powers highly automated and scalable production? Nobia is now looking for a SAP Master Data Solution Engineer who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for master data in a modern SAP environment.

About the role

You ensure that product data, structures, and configuration logic are accurate, reliable, and fit for both business and production. The role is central in the collaboration between IT, business, and manufacturing – from idea to finished kitchen solution.

• Design, manage, and continuously improve master data solutions in SAP

• Design, implement, and maintain robust master data structures based on and in collaboration with other IT and Business teams

• Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance with enterprise standards and SAP best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement of master data processes and support the development of scalable data models aligned with business and system evolution.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP Variant Configuration models to support complex product configuration requirements.

• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Product Implementation, local Master Data teams, and Operations to understand requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices related to master data, variant configuration, and data lifecycle management.

• Take part in different test cycles to support with master data solution expertise when necessary

• Support Data Quality and Governance with SAP master data expertise

• Provide support and expert consultation to business users and project teams.

• Specify, validate, and troubleshoot integrations impacting master data and variant configuration, ensuring correct data flows between SAP and connected systems.

• Document solutions and support the organization with expertise and guidance

• Has at least 5 years of experience working with SAP master data and product structures

• Has a solid understanding of material data, product structures, business partner (customer/vendor) and data quality

• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex problems

• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams

• Fluency in English.

• Experience with product configuration in SAP

• Understanding of production, sales, or logistics processes

• Experience working close to both technology and business stakeholders

• You build the foundation for future industrial kitchen solutions
