Our Service department is responsible for the maintenance, service, and service sales of wind turbines across Sweden. The Customer Service Manager team is key in creating robust customer relationships, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and accomplishing important strategic milestones. We are now seeking a new Manager to lead our experienced Customer Service Manager team based in Malmö, Sweden. This role is key to supporting our service growth and ensuring commercial and contractual excellence throughout the region. Join us on this exciting journey in a rapidly expanding area of Vestas.

Responsibilities

As Manager, you will lead your team to enhance financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will represent the commercial and contractual aspects of our service business, ensuring strategic execution and setting clear commercial goals. You'll improve quality of reporting and continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on results, risks, and opportunities
  • Directing and engaging in project initiatives
  • Daily line management, including recruitment, development, and team building
  • Managing escalations and ensuring clear communication within and beyond your team
  • Supporting individual and team development
  • Participating in customer meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficient in contract management and cultivating relationships with customers
  • Consistent performance in adhering to budgetary limits while enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to meet contractual commitments in a cost-effective manner
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-focused operations
  • Experience in sales, customer negotiations, or project management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on people and business development

Additional information

Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 10 days per year.
