Logistics Developer to Lindex

Is  logistics  development your thing , are you great at analysing  and do you have  previous  work experience within   warehouse development ?  We   are  now looking for a  Logistics  Developer  to  our head office ,  located  in  Alingsås  at our new highly automated  omnichannel  warehouse !   Your role in our team .     You are a part of our  Logistics  Team ,   working together to  make sure that Lindex has the best possible  logistics  setup and   supply chain. In this role ,  you are eager to reach the best results by  seeking  and sharing necessary information.  By working  with  initiatives and  with  different  projects, using your leadership skills, you are  a   part of making Lindex grow.    We understand that you are curious to know more about the role!  As a  Logistics  Developer , your main mission will be to drive the development of our warehouse operations. This includes  identifying ,  specifying  and implementing  improvement  initiatives  across processes, systems, and material handling equipment.     Our warehouse is highly automated and relies on advanced  integrated  control systems.  That’s  why  we’re  looking for someone who  also  enjoys working with detailed design specifications.  You’ll  play a key role in creating thorough functional designs  in  modification  improvements  for systems and automation , implementing  new technologies , and  further  advancing robotics solutions.   Is this you?   We see that you are a person who is comfortable in both  leading change  initiatives  and  projects  within  logistics   and supply  chain  and also   contributing  in  different  projects  as  being  a  part of the  project  teams.   At  Lindex ,  we believe in doing things  together  and we see that you are a team-player, with great communication- and collaboration skills , and you also have the ability of leading others.    You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from  different parts  of  a company . Leading yourself, being active in your own development and working with feedback are all things you know well.  You also work structurally, a nalysing data is right up your alley  and  y ou  are   curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work .   You  like to work  on a  detailed  level,   but at the same  time  always   trying to  see the whole  picture  and  have  a business  perspective on  decisions  and  recommendations.  You  believe in  togetherness  and you are motivated by the possibility to  make an impact. Also, this  probably sounds  like you:        University  d iploma  or equivalent within T echnology  or   Logistics   Previous   work experience  within  development of  warehouse operations   3PL  warehouse  experience  is  meritorious     WMS  and intralogistics  exp erience  is meritorious     Project management skills   Good skills in  Microsoft Office  (especially in Excel)      Swedish and English,  both spoken and written     We are Lindex .
