Assignment Description

We are looking for a BI & Analytics Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Take full ownership of Power BI reporting, including development, maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Consolidate and streamline existing reports to reduce redundancy and improve clarity
• Act as the main point of contact for BI reporting and underlying data structures
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and business improvement opportunities
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance
• Support and drive BI strategy, roadmap, and best practices
• Enable self-service BI through well-structured datasets and semantic models
• Develop analytical models, including forecasting and basic machine learning use cases
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, and visualization)
• Solid understanding of business data, especially financial and operational domains
• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure complex data environments and reduce ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Hands-on and delivery-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in English in a collaborative team environment
