We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and further develop the Fault Handling area within an international engineering organization in the automotive industry. You will ensure that the Fault Handling process runs smoothly across the organization, balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term strategic development.

You will work in a complex, global setup with many stakeholders, where structured governance, transparency, and high process quality are key to success.

• Lead and develop the Fault Handling area within Engineering
• Ensure a structured and efficient Fault Handling process across the organization
• Handle operational questions and process-related topics in daily work
• Drive continuous improvements aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a wide stakeholder network
• Establish governance, transparency, and process quality within the area

• Extensive experience in senior program management or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience working with Fault Handling processes
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JIRA/VIRA (mandatory)
• Experience working within large and complex organizations
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic development

• Long and in-depth experience with JIRA/VIRA
• Experience from the automotive industry or engineering-driven environments
• Experience in change management and process development
