Team Lead Hardware and Systems Engineer

You will join an experienced team within electronic warfare and aircraft systems, working as a Team Lead and Systems Engineer. In this role, you will keep a holistic view of complex systems and collaborate across multiple interfaces inside and outside the organization, supporting software and hardware development as well as production and product stakeholders in ongoing customer projects.

• Lead and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce system specifications and design documentation.
• Define system architecture and drive high-level system design.
• Collaborate closely with product management, project management, customers, and partners to align and clarify system requirements.
• Support software developers, hardware developers, production personnel, and product managers with system-level guidance.

• Master of Science in Engineering (MSc) or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in high-technology industries.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: hardware development, embedded development, system integration and verification, RF, or radar.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)

• Knowledge and experience with IBM DOORS.
