Digital Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 10-month limited contract to begin with.

At Research and Development within Product and Quality, you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative human-centric car technology that makes life less complicated and more enjoyable for people. The group is part of the software factory for Infotainment. They're the team that opens the window into the software factory, making its inner workings clear and accessible.

Through monitoring and visualization of CI/CD, environment and product, we turn raw data into stories that teams can act on.

This role is for the Product owner for two teams, one data engineering team building the data foundation of the next generation CI. And one Operation integration team, monitoring domain CI and analyzing executions to ensure users and stakeholders are provided value while highlighting issues for internal teams, a team which consumes data.



Key Responsibilities

  • Improve system observability by identifying monitoring gaps and implementing metrics that provide meaningful visibility into CI system health and performance.

  • Collaborate with developers to define and maintain KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs for core CI services.

  • Automate monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that make reliability and performance data accessible to developers and stakeholders.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across monitoring and observability systems.

  • Act as Product Owner for data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

  • Drive data strategy and architecture for CI/CD observability and analytics platforms.

  • Prioritize backlog and manage roadmap for data-related features and improvements



Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, DevOps, data management, or data engineering.

  • 2–5 years of leadership or architecture experience in CI/CD or data domains.

  • Proven experience in creating data architecture and enabling data accessibility for users.

  • Strong experience in product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Strong python and SQL skills

  • Experience in setting up data schemas

  • Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

 This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 10-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
