Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the end-to-end management of critical incidents, from detection and triage to resolution and closure
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, engineering and support to restore service quickly and effectively
• Prioritise, escalate and communicate incident status clearly to internal stakeholders and end customers
• Drive structured root cause analysis and ensure follow-up actions are implemented
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and promote a learning culture across teams
• Improve incident, problem and escalation processes to enhance system stability and service reliability
• Contribute to proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly complex, business-critical environment
• Support a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure rapid response to major incidents

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an Incident Manager in a complex software or system environment
• Strong coordination, decision-making and communication skills under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Experience in software development is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical and/or embedded systems in vehicles is meriting
• Background as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar is beneficial
