Talent Acquisition Lead

Do you want to lead a team that shapes the future of talent and drives business success? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead - a hands-on recruitment expert who will guide and support the TA team to enable our goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving a modern, AI-first approach to recruitment and talent acquisition, empowering the TA team with tools, processes, and strategies that enhance efficiency and candidate experience. At Coretura we are not afraid of challange the norm and be creative in our ways of working.

  • Workforce planning, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs across recruitment, student relations, employer branding, and consultant resources.

  • Build our employer brand and talent engagement, Partnering up with our Head of Communication to make the strategic plan for employer brand, Make long-term relationships with universities and talent communities to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Leveraging data and analytics to improve processes, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations—always presented in a clear and engaging way.

  • Make TA visible and influential across the organization, you should showcase the impact of the TA team through compelling presentations and insights that tell the story of how talent drives growth. Your ability to create professional, visually engaging material will be essential for influencing stakeholders and communicating progress effectively.

To succeed, you should, in addition to your bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have proven experience in talent acquisition, including advanced search and sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent. You are skilled at employer branding and pipeline development, and you thrive on using technology and AI-driven tools to modernize recruitment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate data into insights and visualize the TA team’s impact.
