Design Expert

As a Design Expert within H&M Group’s Global Sales function, you’ll ensure design excellence across layouts, aesthetics, and operational principles. You develop and maintain comprehensive design guidelines, providing clear instructions to Store Designers, and act as a bridge between Concept Development and commercial layout execution.

• Supporting Head of Store Design as well as Store Design Managers to ensure overall drawing and design excellence, spanning from well-planned designs and strong aesthetics to well implemented commercial and operational principles.

• Ensure that guidelines cover all aspects of store design, including layout, aesthetics, commercial principles, and operational efficiency

• Provide clear instructions and collaborative support to Store Designers and stakeholders, enabling consistent application of commercial layouts and alignment with brand identity

• Engage, train, and coach Store Designers to align with brand guidelines and commercial strategies

• Create visualizations and presentations of various design solutions, i.e. renderings and 3D models in relevant software.
