You will join a central customer service and logistics function that handles order registration, shipping, invoicing, and customs clearance for export goods. The environment is international, service-oriented, and fast-moving, with customers across global markets and close collaboration across internal teams.

In this role, you will help keep the flow of goods and information running smoothly while supporting customers and colleagues in day-to-day logistics matters. • You will register incoming internal and external orders and ensure they are handled accurately.
• You will plan and book transports for global shipments.
• You will work with export documentation and support customs-related processes for outbound goods.
• You will handle intercompany sales transfers.
• You will manage debit and credit transactions linked to orders and deliveries.
• You will work in a CRM case management tool, including triaging and assigning cases.
• You will collaborate across teams to solve issues proactively and provide strong customer support.

• Background in logistics.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
• You are comfortable working in a service-oriented role with many parallel tasks.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and keep a calm, solution-focused mindset.
• You build strong relationships and collaborate well across teams.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

• Experience from a similar role.
• Experience working with a CRM tool.
